Scope: The standard session covers the live strategic work. Written roadmaps, audits, brand documents, ongoing management, and hands-on implementation are not automatically included and may be scoped separately.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Review Before Booking

Forge Sessions include advance preparation based on the information and materials submitted during booking. A $25 booking and preparation fee is nonrefundable once the booking is confirmed.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a $75 refund. Sessions may also be rescheduled at no additional charge when the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, as well as missed appointments, are nonrefundable. A new booking and payment will be required to schedule another session.

If The Saga Forge must cancel the appointment, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. The booking form will require your confirmation before payment.
