Clarify
Define the real vision
Separate the core idea from the noise, competing possibilities, and assumptions surrounding it.
Creative strategy for artists, creators, and visionaries
This is where unfinished ideas, scattered visions, and creative roadblocks are challenged, refined, and shaped into a direction you can actually move on.
We help creative people clarify what they are building, why it matters, and what needs to happen next. We do this through Forge Sessions: focused, one-on-one creative strategy conversations built around the challenge in front of you.
Forge Your Legacy
What We Do
The Saga Forge is a creative strategy practice for people building something that does not fit neatly inside a template.
You may have a powerful idea but no clear structure. You may be torn between several directions. Your brand may no longer reflect who you are becoming. Your project may have stalled because the creative vision and the practical plan are not connected.
We help you examine the whole picture, find the real problem, and make stronger decisions about the direction forward.
Clarify
Separate the core idea from the noise, competing possibilities, and assumptions surrounding it.
Challenge
Examine what works, what does not, what is missing, and what the audience will actually experience.
Shape
Turn the strongest direction into clear decisions and practical actions you can begin carrying forward.
Bring It to the Forge
The session follows the challenge, not a rigid template. These are examples of the situations people can bring into the room.
βI know who I am, but my brand does not communicate it clearly.β
βI have the concept, but I cannot see how all the pieces should connect.β
βI have too many ideas and do not know which one deserves my attention.β
βI am creating consistently, but the content does not reflect the bigger vision.β
βI am preparing to release something and need a stronger strategic direction.β
βWe share an idea, but we are not aligned on what we are actually building.β
Forge Sessions
A Forge Session is a focused creative strategy conversation centered on one real project, question, decision, or roadblock.
It is not a generic lecture, motivational call, or one-size-fits-all worksheet. We enter the session with your context, examine the situation from multiple angles, challenge what needs to be challenged, and work toward a direction that makes sense for you.
No two Forge Sessions are identical because no two creative problems are identical.
Ignite
We establish the context, uncover the central question, and separate the surface-level symptoms from the decision that actually needs to be made.
Hammer
We explore possibilities, challenge assumptions, connect the creative and strategic pieces, and refine the strongest direction.
Temper
We identify the decisions, priorities, and next steps that can move the work forward after the session ends.
What to Expect
Your submitted context is reviewed before the session so we can spend less time catching up and more time doing the work.
You are not being handed a prewritten answer. We work through the challenge together and follow the most useful path.
The goal is to leave the conversation with stronger decisions, clearer priorities, and a path you understand.
Important: Forge Sessions center on the live strategic work. Larger written plans, audits, brand codices, content calendars, and hands-on implementation are not automatically included. When a project calls for additional work, it can be scoped separately.
Who It Is For
Built primarily for artists, content creators, and independent creative studios.
The Forge is also available to entertainment teams and unconventional creative ventures whose challenges cross traditional categories. You do not need a massive audience or a perfectly developed plan. You need an idea worth taking seriously and the willingness to examine it honestly.
The Forge Master
A Cross-Disciplinary Perspective
The Saga Forge is led by Kyrri, a multidisciplinary creative strategist with experience across music, artist development, entertainment business, branding, marketing, content, audio, game development, and creative operations.
That range matters because creative problems rarely live in one category. A brand issue may actually be a positioning issue. A content issue may begin with an unclear identity. A stalled project may need a better concept, a better structure, or a more realistic path to execution.
The Forge looks at the complete system, not only the most obvious symptom.

Watch on YouTube βEvery project enters the Forge at a different stage. The method adapts to the challenge, but the standard remains the same: honest examination, stronger decisions, and direction that can move the work forward.
Frequently Asked Questions
Still unsure whether your challenge belongs here? These answers cover the most common questions.
You can bring a creative project, brand question, content direction, rollout, business concept, team challenge, career decision, or a broader vision that needs clarity. The strongest sessions usually center on one primary challenge.
A standard 60-minute Forge Session is $100. Full payment is collected securely during booking before the appointment is confirmed.
Forge Sessions are conducted privately through Google Meet. Your confirmation includes the calendar invitation and meeting link.
No. The Forge is built for creative people across entertainment, media, content, games, visual arts, and unconventional entrepreneurial projects.
Not automatically. The core service is the live strategic session and the thinking developed inside it. Larger documents such as roadmaps, audits, brand codices, or implementation plans can be scoped separately when they are genuinely useful.
A standard Forge Session is advisory and collaborative. Hands-on services, production, management, or ongoing strategy support are separate engagements and depend on the project and current availability.
Start with one Forge Session. After the session, we can determine whether another focused session or a separately scoped engagement would actually serve the project.
You will receive a confirmation, calendar invitation, and Google Meet link. Your submitted context will be reviewed before the session. The current cancellation and rescheduling terms are displayed during booking and included in your confirmation.
Complete the pre-session questions with as much relevant context as possible. Bring any links, references, drafts, examples, or decisions that will help us understand the challenge quickly.
